Before starting Digital Marketing Services, Mr. Gonier was a Senior Vice President at M/A/R/C and was instrumental in their growth and success. Dennis has been an innovator and thought leader in the marketing research industry and a pioneer in using technology for relationship marketing. He is frequently quoted in leading business periodicals and has been a guest speaker at MIT, Cornell, and the University of North Carolina. Dennis was the Valedictorian of his graduating class at Austin College.

David Goyne is responsible for leveraging the existing Tandy/ RadioShack infrastructure into Internet business initiatives. He also leads the integration of Microsoft technologies into company business practices. David began his career with Tandy in 1972 after earning a
BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas at Arlington. He has held management and executive positions in technical support, materials management, merchandising, purchasing, manufacturing and delivery systems, and telephone call center establishment.

Dr. Jordan directs Wired for Profit, a research consortium of industry-leading companies exploring new directions in eCommerce. Previously he combined industry research with Internet-related client work at Global 2000 firms. His current research addresses open-source software, technology and business model scanning, and strategic models for web-centric businesses. John holds a Ph.D. and Master's from the University of Michigan, a master's from Yale, and graduated magna cum laude with an A.B. from Duke.

Pat oversees key corporate business ventures for GTE which include SuperPages Interactive Services, a comprehensive eCommerce shopping site with Yellow Pages functions and extensive consumer goods information. Before joining GTE, Pat held executive level positions at Frontier Corporation and R.H. Donnelly. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Journalism from Rider University.

Jim Marsicano

Jim has served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Services of Travelocity.com since September 30, 1999. In this capacity he oversees international business, portal and travel industry relations, and customer service. Marsicano joined AMR Corporation in 1978 as director of operations with the acquisition of Agency Data Systems (ADS), a Florida-based mini-computer accounting systems company. Since then he has held various positions, each of which entail increased responsibility.

Denise leads Bell Helicopter's eBusiness group which is responsible for all Inter/Intra/Extranet web sites. These sites share everything from marketing information to company proprietary blueprints and technical data. Denise's responsibilities at Bell have progressively increased since receiving her Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1986.

Bob is a past president of the Institute for Certification of Computing Professionals.
